This site is dedicated to my model railroad, the HO scale Virginia Midland Railroad. This layout comprises a 12X9 room with two levels. The upper level is complete and the lower level scenery has just begun.

2021 virtual tour of the Virginia Midland (4 videos)
Here are my 4 videos for the James River Division NMRA meet I did a few weeks ago.
Hey, congratulations, great blog. I have a question that maybe you can answer. My great grandfather owned a farm in the Manassas, VA area, and the Virginia Midland ran right through it. I'm trying to find the exact location of the farm. An old deed says that it was on the south side of the right of way commencing 630 feet west of mile marker #4. Do you know of any way that I could geo-locate that location. Again, congrats on the very cool blog. Jim Nealon, Exeter NH
